It is so important to plan, plan and plan a little more to insure that we get the most fabulous photos in the least amount of time. Before we get to the actual check list: we would like to mention a few things that will make everything work smoothly for everyone: 1. What is the rainy weather plan? Plan for that afternoon shower, but hope the day is sunny. 2. Are the backgrounds at your wedding reception nice enough for your formal portraits? Some venues do not have great backgrounds. If that is the case, where else would you like to have the formals taken? 3. If a special location is decided upon, it is important that everyone is together and informed. 4. We photograph the largest groups first and work our way down to the happy couple. Again, you may need a point person to make sure that Uncle Tom and Cousin Sue are there at the beginning of the formals. Assure everyone that it will be painless and they can get to the reception as soon as their presence isn’t needed any longer. The following is your check list. Please, take a little time to read through it. Think about the poses you would like. Check off the ones that your prefer. You may add any extra pose you wish. We want you to have the wedding photographs of your dreams. Remember, we are here to answer any questions you might have. Don’t hesitate to pick up that phone and call us.
